Our First Real Estate Property
Indy Houses is a family-owned real estate business that started when my father and mother moved back to Indiana and needed us to provide a house for them in 1995. My wife and I purchased them a house on the east side of Indianapolis near Irvington. After 3 years, they wanted to move to the west side of Indianapolis to be nearer to their church. So, we purchased them another house and then rented the Irvington house for a couple of years before eventually selling it. That got my wife and I started in the real estate investing business and we have been in buying and selling homes ever since. We now focus on purchasing, rehabbing and reselling as-is, single-family homes on the north side of Indianapolis / Carmel.
